PHOTOGRAPHY OF LAUREL BUTKINS

GENEVA, NEW YORK:  White Springs Winery is pleased to showcase the photographs of Laurel Butkins.  The show and sale run through March 22nd. 

Laurel has been told she can find beauty in absolutely anything.  From an intricate detail of a snowflake or the delicateness of a flower about to bloom, to the intensity of a skyscraper or the power of a battleship, Laurel finds much beauty.  And, she tries to capture it in each of her photographs.  She is inspired by nature and intrigued by technology and balances them both perfectly in her work.

Meet Laurel at an Artist Reception on Friday, March 6th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  Light refreshments will be offered, and beer, hard cider, and wine by the glass (for purchase) will also be available.  Additionally, music will be provided by Charlie Ellis.
